摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法以钛酸丁酯为原料制备TiO2,通过浸渍法对其进行稀土元素镧掺杂制备La-TiO2复合光催化剂,并以甲基橙为模型反应物对其光催化活性进行评价。结果表明,La-TiO2活性较TiO2显著提高。适宜的制备条件是:La(NO3)3溶液pH值为6,质量浓度为1%,浸渍时间为24 h,焙烧温度为500℃。当用10 mg La-TiO2降解50 m L浓度为10 mg/L甲基橙溶液时,120 min后其降解率为85.6%。
The photocatalyst TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as raw material,and La / TiO2 was modified with rare element lanthanum by impregnation method,the methyl orange was used as the reactant to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst. The results showed that La / TiO2 had higher catalytic activity. The optimum preparation conditions were that pH value of La( NO3)3was 6,the mass fraction of La( NO3)3was 1%,impregnating time was 24 h,the roasting temperature was 500 ℃. When La / TiO2 photocatalyst amount was 10 mg,the degradation rate of methyl orange solution( 50 mL,10 mg /L) was 85. 6%.
