摘要
用转炉炼钢炉尘经重选提取的金属铁粉即污泥铁粉,经过150μm(100目)筛分处理,筛下粉的全铁品位达80.00%(质量分数)以上,微观形貌为规则球状或类球状。采用3种不同方法将其微观形貌改为不规则形状,再将改性后的铁粉进行还原、破碎得到各项指标满足金刚石胎体要求的微细铁粉。几种改性方法的对比表明,物理改性工艺流程短、成本低、效果显著。
The iron powder extracted from the converter steelmaking dust, namely sludge iron powder, was sieved through 150 μm (100 mesh) screen mesh. The screen powder nears to globular with total iron grade more than 80.00% (mass percent). Three kinds of modification methods were used to change the powder particles into irregu- lar shape, and then the modified powder was reduced and broken. The fine iron powder which meets the require- ments of diamond matrix was then achieved. Among the modification methods, the physical method has short pro- cess, low cost and obvious effect.
