摘要
本文综述了角瓜籽的营养成分,包括蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、碳水化合物、矿物质等,阐述了角瓜籽在辅助治疗高血脂症、预防动脉粥样硬化、治疗泌尿系统疾病、降低胆固醇、滋肠润肺、养颜美容、促进骨折愈合等方面的保健功效,还简要分析了角瓜籽在制药、做保健品、做饮料、制油、做食品等方面的开发利用情况。
In this paper, we reviewed the nutritional components of protein, fat, vitamin, carbohydrate and mineral substance in Zucchini seed, described the healthy function in treating hyperlipidemia auxiliary, preventing atherosclerosis, treating urinary diseases, lowering cholesterol, nourishing intestine and moisturizing the lung, maintainning beauty and keeping young, and promoting fracture healing of Zucchini seed. In addition, we briefly analysed the development and utilization of Zucchini seed in tailoring medicines, making health care products, making drinks, making oil and making food.
