摘要 采用机械球磨方法合成氧化石墨基聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(GO/PMMA)复合材料,并采用热压成型方法制备GO/PMMA义齿基托复合材料.采用扫描电镜(SEM)对所制备的GO/PMMA复合材料的断面微观形貌进行了表征,并采用显微硬度测试仪和摩擦磨损试验机对所制备的GO/PMMA复合材料的硬度以及摩擦学性能进行了测试和研究.结果表明:填料GO的加入,使得PMMA的表面形貌变得粗糙,同时增强了所制备的GO/PMMA复合材料的硬度和耐磨性能. GO/PMMA composite materials were preparedthrough the mechanical ball milling techn- ologyand processed according to the hot pressingmethod. ThemorphologyofGO/PMMA was character- ized by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The micro-hardness and tribological performanceof GO/ PMMA in artificial saliva were studied by themicrohardness meter and UHM-3MT wear testing. These results showed that the GO/PMMA section morphology became irregular and coarse. The micro-hard- ness of GO/PMMA showed rapid increase trend. The GO/PMMA eompositematerials exhibited well- wear resistancein artificial saliva lubricating medium.
