几种牙科用复合材料的摩擦磨损性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 测量了Compoglass、F2000、Elan及Dyract-AP等4种牙科用复合材料中的玻璃颗粒含量及其表面硬度;采用球-盘往复摩擦磨损试验机考察了其摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:F2000的摩擦系数最高,Elan的摩擦系数次之,Dyract-AP的摩擦系数最低;复合材料的摩擦系数随玻璃颗粒含量增加而增加;在相同试验条件下,Dyract-AP和Compoglass的耐磨性较好;其磨损机理主要表现为由玻璃颗粒脆性断裂引起的玻璃颗粒脱落和磨粒磨损. The friction and wear characteristics and wear mechanisms of several commercial dental composites were investigated. Thus the friction and wear behaviors of the composite specimens made from commercial dental composites Compoglass, F2000, Elan, and Dyract-AP sliding against Si3N4 under unlubricated condition in a ball-on-disc configuration were evaluated using a ball-on-disc friction and wear tester. The microstructures and worn surface morphologies of the composite specimens were examined using a scanning electron microscope. The contents of glass bead fillers in the composite specimens were determined in an attempt to analyze the effect of the fillers on the friction and wear behavior. It was found that the F2000 had a quite high friction coefficient, while the composites Compoglass and Dyract-AP showed better wear resistance than F2000 and Elan under the same experimental conditions. The four kinds of dental composites were dominated by crack propagation and brittle fatigue of glass fillers.
