不同滴灌量对冬小麦旗叶衰老及产量的影响 被引量:12

摘要 为了探究适宜的冬小麦滴灌量,以冬小麦"青麦7号"为材料,设置不灌水(CK1)、传统灌溉方式漫灌(CK2)、滴1水(W1)、滴2水(W2)、滴3水(W3)、滴4水(W4)和滴5水(W5)共7个处理,研究了不同滴灌量对冬小麦旗叶衰老特性及产量的影响。结果表明,W3、W4和W5处理显著提高了小麦过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,减少了膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的生成;W1和W2处理不能显著提高保护性酶的活性,在乳熟期增加1次滴灌的W5处理在成熟期表现出"贪青晚熟"现象。所以,枯水年滴灌120mm(W4),在返青期、拔节期、开花期和灌浆期滴灌,每次30mm;平水年滴灌90mm(W3),在拔节期、开花期和灌浆期滴灌,每次30mm,可以有效地缓解冬小麦叶片的衰老,提高水分利用率,同时显著增加籽粒产量,为最佳的滴灌灌溉量。 The field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different drip irrigation amount on the flag leaf senescence and yield with the cultivar of Qingmai 7in the field at the growing seasons.According to different drip irrigation amount and irrigation stage,seven treatments were set,which were no drip irrigation(CK1),drip irrigation at jointing stage(W1),at jointing stage and filling stage(W2),at jointing stage,anthesis stage and filling stage(W3),at raising stage,jointing stage,anthesis stage and filling stage(W4),at raising stage,jointing stage,anthesis stage,filling stage and medium-filling stage(W5),and traditional flooding irrigation(CK2)at over winter stage,raising stage,jointing stage and filling stage,respectively.The results indicated that,compared with CK1,drip irrigation and conventional irrigation significantly improved peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT)activity of flag leaves.With the increase of drip irrigation amount,W3,W4 and W5treatments significantly increased the POD,and SOD and CAT activities,reduced the lipid peroxidation(MDA)of flag leaves,while W1 and W2treatments could not significantly improve the activity of protected enzyme.W5 treatment led to crops later maturation.During the cultivation periods of 2011—2012(a dry year)and 2012—2013(a wet year),dripping 120 mm at raising,jointing,anthesis and grain filling stages and dripping90 mm at jointing,anthesis and grain filling stages could effectively alleviate the winter wheat leaf senescence,and improve water use efficiency while could significantly increase grain yield,which was the best drip irrigation amount.
