摘要
小麦旗叶衰老过程中,光合速率降低,可溶性蛋白含量先缓慢后迅速降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量缓升之后再迅速升高,过氧化物酶(POD)活性变化为先升高再降低。IBA与NAA混合浸种和6—BA喷施均显著延缓小麦旗叶的衰老,增加穗粒数与千粒重,提高了产量。
The photosyntheti crate and soluble protein content decreased while MDA(malondialdehyde) content increased and POD (peroxidase) activity intial increased and then decreased during the senescence of flag leaf in winter wheat. Kernel number per ear, 1000-kernel weight and yield were increased by either soaking seeds with combination of IBA and NAA or spraying leaves with 6-BA which delayed the senescence of flag leaf.
