摘要
分析了吲哚丁酸(IBA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)等不同植物生长调节剂对韭菜种子发芽与幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对韭菜种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂的不同浓度也有不同的影响。GA3I、AAI、BA、6-BA均能促进韭菜种子发芽与幼苗生长,对韭菜种子发芽与幼苗生长的促进作用为:25 mg/L IAA>20 mg/L 6-BA>150 mg/L GA3>20 mg/L IBA。
The plant growth regulators of IBA, IAA, GA3and 6-BA were tested to study the effect of IBA, IAA, GA3 and 6-BA on seed germination and seedling growth of Alliurn tuberosurn. The results showed that different plant growth regulators and the same plant regulator with different concentration all had different effect on its seed germination and seedling growth, and all tested plant regulators could promote its seed germination and seedling growth and the promotion action of four plant growth regulators was 25 mg/L IAA〉20 mg/L6-BA〉150 mg/L GA3〉20 mg/L IBA.
