摘要
以"克新一号"为材料,研究了块茎形成期不同程度水分胁迫下及复水后马铃薯的生理反应机制。结果表明,田间持水率(FC)的75%~85%处理下马铃薯各项生理指标变化幅度较小,且产量最高,表明75%FC^85%FC为块茎形成期适宜含水率;高于或低于75%FC^85%FC,都会造成叶片相对含水率、SPAD、根系活力降低,而相对电导率、脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖、SOD活性、CAT活性增加,且不同胁迫程度下各生理指标降低或增加的幅度不同。复水后,60%FC^70%FC和90%FC^100%FC处理下,各生理指标逐渐接近75%FC^85%FC的处理水平,而30%FC^40%FC和45%FC^55%FC处理下虽有所恢复,但仍与75%FC^85%FC处理呈显著差异。说明30%FC^55%FC对马铃薯的损伤较大,后期恢复供水,在一定时间内体内生理代谢也难以恢复到适宜土壤含水率水平。
The physiological response mechanism of potato under water stress and rehydration in tuber formation period was studied using"ke xin yi hao"as test material.The results showed that various physiological index changes of potato were smaller under 75%~85%field capacity(FC),and the yield was the highest,which suggested that 75%FC^85%FCtreatment was the most optimum in tuber formation period;LRWC,SPADand root activity were decreased,relative conductivity,proline,MDA,soluble sugar,SOD activity and CAT activity were increased under more or less than 75%FC^85%FC,and the magnitude of the various physiological indices decreased or increased were different under different water stress.After rehydration,the various physiological index changes of potato got some remission.These physiological indices of 60%FC^70%FCand 90%FC^100%FCtreatments were gradually restored to the level of75%FC^85%FCtreatment;Even these physiological indices under 30%FC^40%FCand 45%FC^55%FC treatments were restored,but were still significantly different from 75%FC^85%FCtreatment.This indicated that 30%FC^55%FC made greater damage to potato,even after rehydration the physiological metabolism was difficult to return to suitable soil moisture level within a certain period.
