摘要
1990~1992年,在山西省北部旱作条件下,对从国际马铃薯中心(CIP)引入的44份材料和国内10个抗旱品种进行了抗旱鉴定和评价。结果表明,经济性状表现好、高产抗旱的品种为乌盟851、系薯1号、紫花白。CIP385373·1、CIP87001、CIP86027、CIP385372·1等品种为短日照类型,生育期间植株冠层生长繁茂,块茎产量低,块茎形成晚,不适宜长日照地区种植;CIPI—1039抗病性较强,CIP24—16、CIPI—1035、CIPLT—6在干旱条件下块茎产量较高,可作为马铃薯抗旱资源进行利用。单株产量与根系拉力、冠层覆盖度、商品薯率、单株块茎数、茎叶干鲜重、根干鲜重呈直线正相关,与出苗日数、块茎形成日数呈直线负相关。根系拉力与株高、根数、茎叶干鲜重、根干鲜重、块茎数呈直线正相关,与出苗日数、块茎形成日数呈直线负相关。冠层覆盖度与根系拉力、块茎数、茎叶鲜重、根鲜重呈直线正相关,与其他性状相关不密切。因此,根据冠层覆盖度和根系拉力的大小可预测旱作马铃薯块茎产量的高低,并可作为干旱地区评价马铃薯品种抗旱性的两个重要参数。
From 1990~1992,44 CIP and 10 local potato germplasm were evaluated for drought resistance under dry conditions in north Shanxi.The results indicated that varieties of good eco- nomic characters,drought resistance and high yields were Wumeng 851,Xishu No.1,Zihuabai. CIP385373—1,87001,86027,385372—1 etc showed characters of short day,flourishing plants, late tuberization and lower tuber yields.Therefore,they did not adapt to long day areas.CIPⅠ— 1039 had higher resistance to diseases,CIP 24—16,Ⅰ1035,LT—6 had higher yields under dry conditions,which can be used as germplasm for drought resistance.The plant tuber yields had a positive linear correlation to root pulling resistance (RPR),canopies cover degrees,rate of marke —table tuber,tuber number,foliage and stem dry and fresh weight,root dry and fresh weight, while tuber yields had a negative linear correlation to the days to emergence and the days to tu- berization.RPR had a positive linear correlation to plant height,root number,foliage and stem dry and fresh weight,root dry and fresh weight,and tuber number,while RPR had a negative linear correlation to the days to emergence and the days to tuberization.Canopy cover degrees had a positive linear correlation to RPR,tuber number,foliage and stem dry and fresh weight, and root dry and fresh weight,but had a little correlation to other characters.Therefore,accord- ing to datum of canopy cover degrees and RPR we can predict high and low of tuber yields.Both can be used as two important parameter to evaluated potato varieties for drought resistance in dry areas.
