摘要
在城市需求拉力和农村劳动力过剩推力的共同作用下,越来越多的农村青年离开农村,他们候鸟般的城乡流动,对农业生产和发展有着怎样的影响,值得社会关注和研究。选取遵义市湄潭县复兴镇观音阁村作为研究对象,在对当地青年城乡流动实地调查基础上,研究发现农村青年城乡流动有利于提高土地利用效率和促进农业生产的调整,促进农村产业结构的优化、调整和农业产业化发展;虽然农业生产基本稳定,却缺少稳定农业发展的基础和动力,容易出现盲目和"被动"转移风险,致使现代化农业发展的主体缺失,不利于农业生产长期稳定和农业持续健康发展。
Under the joint action of urban demand and rural excess labor,the increasing rural youth has been leaving countryside.They have been flowing between urban and rural areas like migratory birds,which is bound to have some influence on agricultural production and development.Taking Guanyinge village of Fuxing town in Zunyi city of Guizhou province as the subject,based on the spot investigation of the local youth,it finds that the rural youth flowing between urban and rural areas contributes to increasing the efficiency of land use,adjusting the agricultural production,optimizing the industrial structure and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization.However,although agricultural production remains basically stable,it not only lacks in the base and motive power for the steady development,but also tends to cause the blindness and the risk of passive migration,which results in the subject absence of agricultural modernization and blocks the stable production and sustainable development.
