摘要
我院于2004年率先引进了临床技能教学和评估的先进理念和方法,十年来结合自身的实际情况,已建成15站式较规范OSCE考站及评估体系,培养了23名SP,33个病种。我们在前期研究基础上,设计出一套应用于临床医学生培训、考核的多元化SP/OSCE临床技能考核体系,按照教学计划设计了难度不同、结构不一、层次不同的多站技能考试,高起点、大力度地将SP/OSCE应用于本科生、研究生、进修生、全科医生等临床实践教学和出科考核中,现已投入使用,效果显著。
Since 2004, our hospital has brought in advanced clinical skills teaching and evaluating methods. 15 OSCE test stations have been set up, including 23 standard patients and 33 diseases. We have put into use a set of SP and OSCE testing system which can test various clinical skill sets for different students.
