摘要
目的在实习生教育中,应用OSCE(客观结构化临床考试)的方法,全面、准确评价实习医师的临床综合能力。方法采用OSCE方式,制定外科相关考核内容及评分标准,对2005、2006级临床医学专业的320名实习医师出科前进行考核。结果在参加OSCE考核的实习学生中,消毒铺巾、缝合拆线、留置导尿、体检和口试同2009、2010两年相比均有显著统计学差异。结论从OSCE考核能力方面形成完整的量化考核体系,并将其应用于临床教学实践,分析发现临床医师实习及教学中存在的不足,完善临床实习考核方式,促进临床教学工作的评估和改进。
Objective We appraised the interns unified clinical ability comprehensively and correctly by using the principal of objective structural clinical examination.Method OSCE in the interns teaching and studying in Shanghai Ruijin Hospital,formulated the OSCE examination plan for the surgical interns before finishing their training.Result To formed a comprehensive evaluated examination system from clinical technical mutual purpose ability exams and applied it to the clinical teaching and studying practice.Conclusion To found out and analyzed the weak points of the clinical interns in their clinical practice and the teaching and studying so as to improve the examination method of clinical practice and accelerate the assessment and improvement of the clinical teaching and studying.
