摘要
食品添加剂硫酸钙又被称为"食用石膏",在食品行业中有着广泛的应用,食用石膏只能用天然石膏生产,严禁化学添加。国内食品级石膏主要集中在矿源丰富的湖北省,本文对食品级石膏产品的标准(国家及国外相关标准)进行介绍比较、重点介绍了目前国内食品添加剂硫酸钙的重点生产企业,包括企业生产工艺、主要产品、产品应用途径等,也提出了目前食品添加剂生产过程中存在的问题。
Food additive calcium sulfate is also known as edible gypsum in the food industry. It has a wide range of applications,but it can be produced using natural gypsum plaster production,non-chemical additives. Domestic edible gypsum mainly exists the rich mineral resources in Hubei province,the products standards（ national and foreign standards） were briefly described,some comparison conditions were introduced,including production process,the main products,product application way,existing problems in edible gypsum production process were also proposed.
