摘要
在我国高等教育深化改革及地方高校转型发展的背景下,如何有效激励高校教师积极工作成为地方高校管理者日益关注的问题之一。在心理契约视角下,通过对高校教师激励现状的解读,提出基于心理契约的地方高校教师有效激励策略:转变激励主体固有的心智模式,关注教师的职业生涯发展,强化心理契约的沟通协调机制,建立弹性的激励方式调整体系,构建动态的激励措施管理系统等。
In our country, under the background of higher education's deepening reform and local universities' transitional development, how to stimulate university teachers to work effectively becomes one of the problems that are concerned increasingly by the local universities' managers.Under the perspective of psychological contract, and through the interpretation of the present situation of university teachers' incentive, the effective incentive strategies are proposed based on the psychological contract: transforming the incentive subjects' inherent mental model, playing attention to the teachers' career development, strengthening communication and coordination mechanism of psychological contract, establishing elastic adjustable system of incentive patterns and building dynamic management system of incentive measures.
