动态监测呼出气一氧化氮在儿童支气管哮喘规范化管理中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)在儿童支气管哮喘(AS)规范化管理中的应用。方法选取2014年5月至2015年2月就诊于河北省儿童医院呼吸一科且诊断为AS急性期的学龄期患儿34例,分别于哮喘急性期及治疗后3月对所入选儿童行Fe NO浓度监测,并对治疗后患儿行《哮喘控制问卷》(asthma control questionnaire,ACQ)调查。比较治疗前后患儿Fe NO的差异,同时对治疗后Fe NO与ACQ得分做相关性分析。结果 AS急性期患儿Fe NO的中位数为30.52(14.68,60.73)ppb高于治疗后26.78(17.94,37.00)ppb,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后患儿的Fe NO与ACQ得分呈正相关(r=0.477,P=0.004)。结论动态监测FENO在儿童哮喘规范化管理中具有一定应用价值,应结合ACQ及临床综合评价。
