摘要
在对某型教练机的一架试验机飞行了几个架次后的例行检查中发现,活动舱盖透明件边缘上多处出现裂纹和腐蚀凹坑。通过对故障透明件形态的宏观观察,环境扫面电镜(ESEM)和断口金相观察、红外光谱试验等分析,以及对制造、试验过程的调查与分析,找出了故障源和产生故障的原因、并提出了改进措施。
Cracks and dents made by corrosion were found at the edge of transparency of the canopy on one type trainer when the routine examine was done after several sorties of flight. The source and cause of the fault were found by visually observing ESEM and performing the metallographic analysis and infrared spectrum analysis as well as analyzing the process of manufacture and test. Improvement measures are also given out in the article.
