摘要 通过失效分析和生产过程调查,找出了某型号飞机侧窗有机玻璃透明件裂纹源,发现其应力-溶剂裂纹为在应力和溶剂共同作用下产生,确定了零件的关键工艺改进和防错措施。同时,还通过工艺试验和工装模具与可调节退火架的设计,确定了前风挡有机玻璃换装件各道工序的换装方案,并完成了换装。 Through the failure analysis and production process investigation, the source of crack of the organic-glass transparent part for the side window of windshield for a certain type of aircraft is found out and the stress-solvent crack is found to be generated under the joint action of stress and solvent, the critical process improvement and mistake-prevention measures for the parts are determined. Meanwhile, through the technological test and designing of dies and adjustable annealing support, the replacement and reinstallation program for the parts to be replaced for the front windshield organic glass in each process is determined and the replacement and reinstallation is accomplished.
