摘要
目的比较早期肠内营养与肠外营养对老年胃癌病人术后疗效的影响。方法收集60例老年胃癌病人,随机分为术后早期肠内营养组和肠外营养组,各30例。肠外营养组病人术后使用肠外营养进行治疗,术后早期肠内营养组病人术后早期使用肠内营养进行治疗,两组病人治疗完成后比较治疗效果。结果与肠外营养组相比,术后早期肠内营养组术后排气时间及住院时间缩短,术后并发症发生率及营养相关费用降低,差异均有显著性(t=3.762~5.365,χ^2=2.136,P〈0.05)。术后早期肠内营养组病人术后第8天清蛋白及前清蛋白水平显著高于肠外营养组(t=6.302、6.302,P〈0.05)。结论老年胃癌病人术后早期使用肠内营养效果更佳,值得推广应用。
Objective To compare the effect of early enteral nutrition versus parenteral nutrition on efficacy in elderly patients after surgery for gastric cancer. Methods Sixty elderly patients with gastric cancer were evenly randomized to early postoperative enteral nutrition group(group A)and parenteral nutrition group(group B).Patients in the group B were given parenteral nutrition,and those in the group A were offered enteral nutrition early after surgery.The therapeutic efficacy was compared between the two groups after completion of the therapy. Results Compared with group B,the patients in group A exhaust time after surgery was earlier,hospital stay was shorter,the incidence of complications and nutrition-related cost were lower,the differences were significant(t=3.762-5.365,χ^2=2.136,P〈0.05).In group A,the levels of albumin and prealbumin in the patients,eight days after surgery,were higher than those in group B(t=6.302,6.302;P〈0.05). Conclusion Early postoperative enteral nutrition has a good effect on elderly patients underwent surgery for gastric cancer,which is worthy of application.
