摘要
目的探讨希罗达（卡培他滨片）治疗晚期乳腺癌患者的护理体会。方法选取2013年11月～2014年11月收治并确诊的46例晚期乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,在对其护理中全程配合口服化疗药物希罗达进行临床治疗,并施行用药护理、心理护理以及用药后不良反应的护理等。结果观察所有晚期乳腺癌患者,46例均出现不同程度副作用,经过医护人员细心护理,患者坚持用药,最终取得良好的临床疗效,对提高患者生活质量起到了积极促进作用。结论希罗达单药治疗方式应用于晚期乳腺癌患者护理中,可提高治疗成效,为治疗过程顺利进行提供保障,在临床上具有一定推广作用。
Objective To explore the nursing experience on the patients with advanced breast cancer treated with xeloda（ Capecitabine Tablets）. Methods A total of 46 cases of patient with advanced breast cancer who treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were selected. During nursing progress,the patients received oral chemotherapy Xeloda for clinical treatment,and combined with medication nursing,psychological nursing and the nursing for the adverse reaction after adminstration. Results The observation on the 46 cases of advanced breast cancer patients showed that the 46 patients had adverse reaction with different degrees,and after careful medical care and the patient＇ s adherence to medication,ultimately achieved good clinical efficacy,and had positive promotion effect in improving the quality of life. Conclusions Application of Xeloda monotherapy in the nursing of the patients with advanced breast cancer can improve the therapeutic effectiveness of the treatment,and provide guarantee for the smooth treatment process,which has certain promotion role in clinical practice.
