DMTO余热锅炉入口烟道过渡段流场分布数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 不同结构的入口烟道过渡段对DMTO余热锅炉流场分布影响较大。利用数值模拟软件ANSYS-CFX,采用标准k-ε双方程湍流模型,对DMTO余热锅炉入口烟道过渡段结构进行数值模拟计算,得到三种过渡段结构出口端面的流场速度分布。利用统计学中的变异系数CV值对模拟结果进行定量分析,CV值越小代表流场分布越均匀,结果表明采用两段扩散式(结构3)烟道过渡段结构可得到更好的流场分布。将两段扩散式烟道过渡段结构进一步划分不同的角度组合,当前段烟道上壁板与水平段的夹角为30°,后段烟道为70°时,CV值最小,推荐采用该组合进行烟道设计。 The flue gas inlet transition ducts of different constructions have a great impact on the distribu- tion of flow tidal of DMTO boiler. The distribution of flow field on inlet transition duct of DMTO boiler is simula- ted with ANSYS-CFX by using k-ε turbulent model. The distributions of flow field of 3 different inlet transition ducts of DMTO boiler are obtained. A quantitative analysis of simulation result based on CV value in Statistics is made. The smaller the CV value is, the more uniform the distribution of flow field is. The analysis of result shows that the distribution of flow field can be improved by using a two-stage inlet transition duct (construction 3). For further analysis, a combination of two-stage inlet transition ducts with different angles is simulated. When the slope angle of the first-stage duct is 30 degree and that of second-stage 70 degree, the CV value is minmum. The design of combination of two-stage inlet transition ducts with different angles is recommended.
