摘要
汽包是低压锅炉中汽水系统的重要组成部分,其主要作用就是分离汽水以及容水容器。从锅炉压力容器生产和制造方面来讲,焊接技术的好坏直接影响到锅炉生产的整体质量。在实际施工过程中低压锅炉汽包环焊接裂纹主要是热裂纹、冷裂纹这2种。控制焊缝中S、P、C等含量,选择合适的焊接技术可以减低少焊接残余应力,有效提高焊缝的抗裂性、减少热裂纹。基于此,文章对低压锅炉制造中汽包环焊缝热裂纹进行探讨。
The drum is an important part of the steam-water system in the low-pressure boiler.Its main function is to separate the steamwater and the water-holding container.From the production and manufacture of boiler pressure vessel,welding technology directly affects the overall quality of boiler production.In the actual construction process of low-pressure boiler drum girth welding cracks are mainly hot cracks,cold cracks of these two kinds.By controlling the content of S,P and C in the weld and choosing suitable welding technology,the welding residual stress can be reduced,the crack resistance of the weld can be improved and the hot crack can be reduced effectively.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the hot crack of Girth weld of drum in the manufacture of low-pressure boiler.
