摘要 在许多胎儿疾病(包括胎儿宫内生长受限、先天性心脏病、双胎输血综合征、特发性水肿及胎儿心律失常等)病情严重程度的评价中,胎儿心功能异常作为一个重要标志已在临床得到证明。超声评价胎儿心脏功能一般是以针对患者进行管理和评价的模式,使其为先天性心脏病提供相对完整、准确的诊断依据,从而进行患者咨询,或对胎儿心脏进行介入治疗。该文就超声评价胎儿心脏功能的研究进展予以综述。 Fetal cardiac function has been shown to be a marker of disease severity in many conditions, including intrauterine growth restriction, congenital heart defects or disease (CHD), twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome,idiopathic hydreps,fetal arrhythmias,and others. It is often targeted for evaluation of patient man- agement, for providing complete and accurate diagnosis in CHD, for patient counseling, or in referring for fetal cardiac interventions. Here is to make a review of the research progress in ultrasonography for cardiac function assessment.
