摘要
目的:采用多普勒超声对胎儿心脏收缩功能进行研究。方法:随机选择32例16~42周胎儿,在胎儿心脏四腔心切面,测定左、右心室舒张期与收缩期面积、周长并计算其差值,用多普勒测定左、右室的每搏输出量(SV)、心输出量(CO),将左、右心室舒张期与收缩期面积之差、周长之差与SV、CO进行相关分析。结果:左、右心室舒张期、收缩期面积及周长,面积之差、周长之差,SV、CO都随孕周增长而增加。右心的数值大于左心,左、右心室面积、周长之差与各自的SV、CO均密切相关。结论:可用此方法来评价胎儿心室的收缩功能更为客观和准确。
OBJECTIVE:Cardiac systolic function in fetus was detected by Doppler Echocardiography.STUDY DESIGN:32 normal human fetus from 16 to 42 weeks gestation were selected randomly.In Apical 4 chamber view,the areas and perimete of LV and RV were measured.Difference of areas and perimeter werecalculuted.SV,CO of the LV and RV were also measured,and make relation between the difference and SV,CO.RESULT:All the paermeters which were measured are increased with gestational age.There was a close relationship between the difference and SV,CO.CONCLUSION:It is more objective and accurate by using this method for assessment of ventricular systolic function in fetus.
