摘要
目的分析2014年浙江省《艾滋病实验室信息管理系统》(简称信息系统)的数据质量,提高艾滋病实验室的管理能力。方法下载信息系统中浙江省相关数据库和工作表,分析全省艾滋病检测机构基本信息的准确性和检测量报告的及时性、正确性,并对主要仪器设备填报、全省实验室质量考评和能力验证管理、艾滋病病毒(HIV)职业暴露报告的及时性等进行分析。结果 2014年,浙江省共建立1448家艾滋病检测机构,确证实验室分布在全省11个地级市疾病预防控制中心,筛查实验室覆盖全省91个县区;开展的检测项目主要是血清学初筛检测;实验室机构基本信息准确率96.69%;检测量报告及时率92.19%,正确率97.48%。576家实验室均及时填报主要检测仪器;958家实验室参加2014年全省艾滋病检测质量考评,参加率和合格率均为100%。全省确证实验室参加各项能力验证合格率均达100%。全年共填报88人次HIV职业暴露情况,填报及时率为85.2%,随访未发现HIV感染。结论浙江省2014年信息系统使用质量达到较高水平,信息系统提高了艾滋病实验室的技术管理水平。全省存在确证实验室数量偏少、分布不平衡、提供的信息量偏少等问题,在今后的工作中应进行调整完善和针对性地加强。
Objective To analyze the results of national HIV laboratory information management system in Zhejiang in 2014 and to improve the ability of laboratory management.Methods The database and related working tables of national HIV/AIDS laboratory information management system of Zhejiang in 2014 were downloaded and analyzed the accuracy and timeliness of laboratories basic information and database report.The filling out of main equipment database,assessment of laboratory quality,timeliness of the proficiency testing management and report of HIV occupational exposure were also analyzed.Results A total of 1448HIV/AIDS laboratories were established in Zhejiang in 2014.The confirmatory laboratories were distributed in 11 municipal CDCs and screening laboratories were distributed in 91 counties.The testing items were mainly serum test.The accuracy rate of information filling was 96.69%.The timeliness rate of database reporting was 92.19%.The accuracy rate of database reporting was97.48%.A total of 576 laboratories filled in the main testing instrument;958laboratories took part in the provincial quality assessment and the pass rates were 100%.The confirmatory laboratories attended the proficiency testing of national CDC and all of them were passed.The filling rate of HIV occupational exposure was 85.2% and the follow-up found no HIV infection.Conclusion The quality of system reached a high level in Zhejiang in 2014.There were some problems such as few confirmatory laboratories with a unbalance distribution,and the information content was limited.Improvement should be made in the future work.
