摘要
教师资格考试是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》确立的改革项目之一。国家教师教育课程标准是教师资格考试科目"教育知识与能力"的上位标准。创新"教育知识与能力"测评理念,注重能力考核、科学设计试题试卷、鼓励创造性答题,充分利用"教育知识与能力"考试的评定功能、导向功能、诊断功能和管理功能,促进教师教育课程改革,不断提高教师培养质量。
National Teacher Certification Examination is one of the reform programs identified in The National Medium and Long--term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline （2010-2020）. The examination subject of Educational Knowledge and Ability is based on National Teacher Education Curriculum Standards. Innovating assessment ideas of Educational Knowledge and Ability should focus on paying much more attention to ability assessment, designing items and test papers scientifically, encouraging answer questions creatively and making full use of test functions of evaluation, guidance, diagnosis and management so as to promote the reform of teacher education curriculum and constantly improve the quality of teacher training.
