胶质瘤免疫治疗的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 随着人们对胶质瘤免疫学认识的深入,胶质瘤的免疫治疗愈加倍受关注。新近针对胶质瘤研究最多的免疫治疗包括胶质瘤疫苗、过继性细胞免疫治疗、放射免疫治疗、细胞因子治疗以及免疫检查点阻断剂治疗等。免疫治疗凭借其独特的优势被越来越广泛地应用于胶质瘤的基础和临床研究,并进行了大量的临床试验。本文就新近胶质瘤免疫治疗的研究进展作一综述。
