摘要
医疗质量是医院管理的永恒主题,是医院生存和发展的基础。无锡市第二人民医院通过坚持医疗质量严管制度、推行死亡病例讨论季读课、医疗质量PDCA循环与循迹追踪,每年开展"医疗安全警示周"教育活动,有效推动了医院医疗质量的提升,非计划二次手术率、医疗纠纷发生数、赔款额等指标呈明显下降趋势。
Medical quality is the eternal subject of common concern of hospital around the world. It is fundamental to the survival and development of hospital. By strict medical quality management practice, including persistent quality control institution, seasonal death-case discussion, PDCA circle of quality, quality evidence tracking method and annual ＂medical safety warning week＂, significant achievements have been made in medical quality, including obvious reduction in unintended re-operation rate, medical disputes, and medical reparation amount in Wuxi the 2nd hospital.
