摘要
目的了解重庆市原料奶的的沙门菌污染情况。方法选取重庆市6家不同乳品厂的原料奶作为研究对象,采用生化试验和血清学鉴定对原料奶中沙门菌的存在情况进行了检测分析。结果 5个乳品厂样品菌落总数合格率超过80%,1个乳品厂样品菌落总数合格率为70%,部分样品检出沙门菌。结论重庆地区部分乳品厂的奶制品需要加大对沙门菌的检测力度。
Objective To understand the contamination status of salmonella in raw milk in Chongqing. Methods Six diary plants were chosen and the raw milk in which was tested the salmonella with methods of biochemical test and serological identification. Results The pass rate of aerobic bacterial count all passed 80% in 5 plants and for the last one,the pass rate was 70. 00%. Certain samples were detected with salmonella. Conclusion The detection needs to be intensified in the dairy products in Chongqing.
