摘要
用蜂胶乙醇提取液对新鲜猪肉进行保鲜试验,经感官及生化检测,结果表明经蜂胶乙醇提取液处理的鲜肉保藏期明显延长。蜂胶乙醇提取液对新鲜猪肉具有良好的保鲜效果,高浓度组比低浓度组效果显著。
By the test of utilizing the juice obstracted from the bee-glue alcohol to preserve pork fresh, through the sense and biochemical monitor, the results of test show that the preservative period of pork is obviously longer than the contrast and has a good effect to keep pord fresh. The effect using high consistency group of abstracted juice is much better than the low consistency group of abstracted juice.
