CCCSNs对几种木腐菌的抑菌性评价 被引量:2

摘要 竹木材防腐技术是延长户外用材寿命和扩大竹木材应用范围的重点,开发节能环保型防腐材料和技术是竹木材防腐的关键。CCCSNs是铜—碳核—壳纳米颗粒的简称,它是一种碳包铜结构复合材料,被认为是环境友好型材料。试验主要研究CCCSNs对木腐菌的抑菌作用和在CCCSNs处理下白腐菌分泌木质素降解酶和褐腐菌分泌纤维素降解酶的情况。试验使用7个质量浓度梯度的CCCSNs对4个试验菌种进行抑菌处理,测定抑菌率。此外,在全营养培养基和限氮培养基中添加不同质量的CCCSNs,检测木质素过氧化物酶(Lip)、漆酶(Lac)、锰过氧化物酶(Mnp)和纤维素酶的活力。结果表明:当质量浓度高于0.30 g·L-1时,CCCSNs对木腐菌生长有稳定的抑制作用;当CCCSNs的质量浓度高于0.10 g·L-1时,白腐菌木质素降解酶和褐腐菌纤维素降解酶活性被强烈抑制。说明CCCSNs可以有效抑制木腐菌生长和分泌降解酶,也证明该材料在竹木材防腐技术上有非常好的应用价值。 Wood / bamboo preservation technology is important for extending the outdoor timber life and wood application. Exploitation of energy-saving and environment protective materials and technology are the key issues for the wood / bamboo preservation. A new type of carbon-copper core-shell nanoparticles( CCCSNs),of which Cu are homogeneously embedded in carbon black as a composite material,was regarded as an environment-friendly material.This paper investigated the effects of CCCSNs on antimicrobial activity of wood rotting fungi,and the activities of ligninolytic enzyme secreted by white rot fungi and cellulose secreted by brown rot fungi under CCCSNs treatments.We used PDA solid medium added with seven different mass concentrations of CCCSNs and calculated the antibacterial rate of four experimental strains. Moreover,we also detected activities of lignin peroxidase,laccase,manganeseperoxidase and cellulose in nitrogen-unlimited and nitrogen-limited medium added with different mass concentrations of CCCSNs. The results showed that,when the concentration of CCCSNs was over or equal to 0. 30 g·L- 1,the growth of wood rotting fungi was inhibited stably. While the concentration of CCCSNs was 0. 10 g·L- 1or above,it extremely decreased the activities of ligninolytic enzymes of white rot fungi and cellulose of brown rot fungi. All the results showed that CCCSNs can effectively inhibit the growth of wood rotting fungi and induce the degrading enzymes,which was of great value in wood / bamboo preservation technology.
