摘要
目的:分析IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α水平的变化与急性脑梗死发病、严重程度和进展情况的关系。方法:选取2012-10-2013-06因急性脑梗死入院治疗的患者共100例(观察组),同时选取同期健康体检者96例作为对照组。对比观察组不同时间点与对照组血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度。对比轻度、中度和重度患者第1天的血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度。对比进展性脑梗死和非进展性脑梗死患者第1天的血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度。结果:观察组发病第1天、第3天、第7天和第14天的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第3天的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度显著高于第1天,第7天、第14天的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度则逐渐显著下降(P<0.05)。脑梗死第1天的血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度随着脑梗死的程度加重和进展升高,P<0.05。结论:急性脑梗死患者的血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α浓度明显升高,且和脑梗死严重程度和进展密切相关,临床检测可有助于诊断及评估急性脑梗死的严重程度。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between the changes of interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels and the onset,severity and progress in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 100cases(study group)with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from October 2012 to June 2013 were admitted,and 96 cases of healthy people at the same period were selected as control group.The serum IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels were compared in the study group and the control group at different time points.Serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αlevels on the first day of mild,moderate and severe patients were compared.Serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αlevels on the first day of patients with progressive cerebral infarction and nonprogressive cerebral infarction were compared.Result:The IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels in the study group on day1,3,7and 14 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).In the study group,the IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels on day 3were significantly higher than those on day 1,then decreased gradually on day 7and day 14(P〈0.05).The IL-6,IL-8and TNF-αlevels on infarction day 1increased with the aggravation and progression of cerebral infarction(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αlevels of patients with acute cerebral were significantly increased,and closely related to the severity and progression of cerebral infarction,which could be helpful in the diagnosis and assessment of severity of acute cerebral infarction.
