基于中医传承辅助系统的聂惠民教授治疗小儿外感发热组方用药规律研究 被引量:7

Professor NIE Huimin's experience on exogenous fever of child based on inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system software

摘要 目的基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析聂惠民教授治疗小儿外感发热的用药规律。方法收集聂惠民教授治疗小儿外感发热的病案,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,总结聂惠民教授治疗小儿外感发热的用药经验。结果对筛选出的112个处方进行分析,确定处方中使用频次较高的药物有柴胡、川贝母、黄芩、生甘草、桔梗、金银花、白茅根、连翘、芦根等,出现频次较高的药物组合有柴胡、川贝母,柴胡、黄芩,柴胡、生甘草,川贝母、黄芩等,根据药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出桔梗、川贝母、前胡等22个核心组合和竹叶、太子参、知母、金银花等7首新处方。结论聂惠民教授临床善用《伤寒论》经方化裁治疗小儿外感发热。 Objective Inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system software was used to analyze professor NIE Huimin' s experience on exogenous fever of child. Methods Professor NIE Huimin' s medical cases of exogenous fever of child were collected, and unsupervised data mining meth- ods such as apriori algorithm of asocciation rules and complex system entropy clustering were used to de- termine herbs frequency and the association rules of herbs used thus to conclude professor NIE' s experi- ence on exogenous fever of child. Results 112 prescriptions were analyzed, the most frequent herbs were Chaihu, Chuanbeimu, Huangqin, Shenggancao, Jiegeng, Jinyinhua, Baimaogen, Lianqiao, Lu- gen, etc. The most frequency of herb combination were: Chaihu and Chuanbeimu, Chaihu and Huan- gqin, Chaihu and Shenggancao, Chuanbeimu and Huangqin, etc. According to apriori algorithm of herbs, 22 core combinations were determined, such as Jiegeng, Chuanbeimu, Qianhu, etc. And 7 new prescriptions were found out. Conclusions Professor NIE Huimin is good at using modified classical prescriptions from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases in treating exogenous fever of child.
