摘要
为解决高原低压缺氧导致作业人员健康水平及劳动效率下降的问题,基于西藏某铜多金属矿矿工生理指标的实测数据,对人员的矿井作业环境适应能力进行定量分析。测试采用整群抽样的方法,包括整体测试和针对性测试2部分。借助SPSS软件,用方差分析法(ANOVA)处理测定数据。结果表明:矿工高原环境适应能力随其驻藏时间及劳动负荷呈规律性变化。进入高原半年以上,对高原环境基本适应;完全习服后,矿工劳动强度可提升0.5~1个等级。高原矿山应改善作业环境、采取促习服措施,并降低劳动强度,才能有效提升矿工的环境适应能力。
In order to solve the problem that plateau hypoxia makes has a negative impact on the miners' health and operation ability,data on the miners' physiological indexes,measured in a certain copper polymetallic mine in Tibet,China,were used to analyze quantitatively their environmental adaptability. Using the cluster sampling survey method,tests were carried out,including overall outline testing and targeted testing. With the help of SPSS software,the data were analyzed by ANOVA method. The results indicate the ability of miners' to adapt to the plateau environment is a function of the time and the load they take,that after the miners entered the plateau for more than 6 months,they can adapt to the plateau environment,their labor intensity can be enhanced 0. 5- 1 strength grades,and that plateau mines should improve the environmental adaptability of miners effectively by improving working environment,taking measures to promote learning,and reducing labor intensity.
