摘要
探寻一种适合于工业化生产的从天然橡胶加工废水中提取白坚木皮醇的方法.采取普通的化工技术对胶清进行凝固、浓缩和净化处理,再采用分级醇沉的方法从浓缩液中提取白坚木皮醇粗品,用甲醇回流纯化,得到纯品.本项目研究的提取方法,其提取率占胶清重量的0.1%~0.15%.提取产品的纯度达到95%以上,FW(CE)195,mp.190~193℃,[α]25D为-82.0.
A method which was suitable for industrialized production was explored for extracting the quebrachitol from native rubber processing waste water in this paper.A common chemical technology was used to solidify,concentrate and purify the latex skim.Then the crude quebrachitol was extracted from inositol derivatives by grade precipitation with methanol.Finally the pure quebrachitol was gained through the methanol refluxing and purifying.It was found that the extraction rate of this method app roached about0.1%~0.15%the mass of the latex skim.The purity of the products extracted reached over 95%.The formula weight(CE),melting point and specific rotation are FW(CE)195,mp.191~193℃ and optical rotation is-82.0 respectively.
