摘要
在分析商业模式相关研究的基础上,构建了O2O商业模式分析框架,结合6个典型案例,从O2O商业模式构成要素中归纳出3个分类维度:供需信息匹配方式、产品或服务交付方式、业务分工形式。在此基础上构建了O2O模式分类体系,以此划分出了8种具体的O2O类型。对不同类型的模式进行对比,归纳了各类型的特点和适用范围,并分析了其异同。
How to classify the types of O2 Ois an important and fundamental research question.Based on analyzing the existed research on the business model,the analysis framework of O2 Obusiness model is built.Through analyzing six typical cases,three taxonomic dimensionalities are concluded from the elements of O2 Obusiness model,that is,the method of matching supply and demand information,the method of delivering product or service,and the pattern of dividing operational actions.Eight kinds of O2 O business model are generated based on the taxonomic system,and their characteristics,scope of application,similarities and differences are analyzed.
