摘要
多级框架锚杆是加固高边坡的一种常用工程结构,合理确定其在边坡分级开挖过程中所承受的坡体压力荷载是设计计算的关键环节之一。依托遂资高速公路一路堑高边坡多级框架锚杆加固工程,采用室内模型试验方法,模拟了边坡分级开挖施工过程,获得了各级锚杆框架梁上的坡体压力分布规律和变化特征,以及下面坡级开挖对上面坡级的锚杆框架梁上坡体压力的影响特征。结果表明,各级坡框架梁上坡体压力整体均具有中间大两端小的特点,在下面的1—2级坡体开挖完成后的工况是各级框架梁受力的最不利工况,在工程设计中应主要以这些工况作为各级框架梁的控制设计的工况。
In high slope projects,multi-frame beams with anchor bolts is a common retaining structure. It is one of the key points to determine reasonable slope pressure on the structure during excavation of a high slope step by step. Based on a cut slope in Suining-Ziyang expressway work,the slope pressure on the multi-frame beams with anchor bolts is studied by laboratory model test. The excavation process of the slope is simulated,and distribution characteristics of slope pressure on all frame beams with anchor bolts installed on the slope are obtained. Also,the laws of slope pressure on the frame beams on a bench of the slope influenced by the excavation of next bench are researched. The results show that the slope pressure on all frame beams is larger in the middle of every beam but smaller at the two ends of it. The most unfavorable mechanical condition of a frame on a bench is at the stage that next one or two bench is finished excavating. Therefore,this stage should be regarded as the most important case to control engineering design of the corresponding frame in practical projects.
