摘要
介绍了交指型微带滤波器的基本设计原理,并利用ADS和HFSS软件仿真设计了通带为2.7-3.5 GHz的高陡峭度的宽阻带带通滤波器,并已应用于某雷达接收机。该方法虽然原理上基于传统公式计算、查表,但是充分利用了ADS软件强大的设计功能,直接由指标要求得到近似的尺寸,然后进行优化得到最终设计结果。测试结果表明,该方法可行有效,设计周期短,对雷达接收机滤波器设计有很强的工程指导作用。
The design fundamental of interdigital microstrip filter is introduced. A wide-stopband bandpass filter of high steepness whose passband is 2.7-3.5 GHz was designed by ADS and HFSS software simulation,which has been applied in a certain radar receiver. Although the method in principle is based on the computation and lookup table of the traditional formula,it takes full advantage of the powerful design function of ADS software. The approximate size was acquired according to the index requirements,then the final design results were obtained by optimization. The test results show that this method is feasible and effective,and has short design cycle. It has strong engineering guidance to the filter design of the radar receiver.
