摘要
为了推动战后中国善后救济事业的开展,蒋廷黻以"寓善后于救济之中"的理念为核心,就交通、农业、工业、医卫等领域的善后救济提出了自己的主张与设想,并强调了应该注意的诸多问题,从而形成了他的善后救济思想。担任"联总"、"行总"领导工作期间,为宣传、践行自己的思想主张,他在国际国内做了大量细致、具体的工作,对指导和推动善后救济事业的开展起了较为重要的作用。
In order to promote the post-war development of China's relief and rehabilitation, taking the idea of combining relief with rehabilitation as its core, Jiang Tingfu put forward his proposals and as-sumptions about relief and rehabilitation in the field of transportation, agriculture, industry and health care, and emphasized many problems that should be paid attention to, thus his ideas of relief and reha-bilitation formed.During the period of being leader of UNRRA and CNRRA, in order to develop and practice his ideas, he did a great quantity of detailed and specific work, which played a very important role in guiding and promoting the expansion of relief and rehabilitation.
