摘要
新建地方院校在不同的时期,必然会出现不同的"心理问题"。新建时期,主要是适应性"心理问题",成长时期,主要是障碍性"心理问题",发展时期,主要是发展性"心理问题"。新建地方院校要认真分析不同时期的"心理问题",深入探讨滋生问题的原因,积极寻求矫正问题的有效策略。
At different periods,there are bound to be diverse psychological problems for the newly-built universities.During the initial period,it is mainly the adaptive psychological problems.Then for the growing period,it is mostly the hindering psychological problems.At last,it is the developmental psychological problems concerning the developing period.Thus,the psychological problems in different periods should be carefully analyzed by the newly-built universities.Furthermore,the causes should be thoroughly investigated and the effective strategies should be actively explored.
