摘要 近年来,高职院校计算机教师群体存在对职业期望认识不足、对所从事职业社会声望看法比较悲观、对职业活动缺乏情感投入等问题,并且会带来工作情绪低迷、阻滞学生发展、损害社会形象等消极影响。造成这些问题的主要因素包括:社会职业形象、工作自主程度、学校组织环境等,因此,社会、高职院校和教师个人三方面应同时行动,改善高职院校计算机教师的职业认同感缺失现状,使其内心保有一份与其所承担的社会职责相适应的工作热情。 In recent years,there are some problems on the groups of higher vocational computer teachers,such as insufficient understanding of occupational expectation,pessimistic views of social prestige,lack of energy and enthusiasm and other issues of professional activities. Those issues lead to the negative effects of losing job satisfaction and morale,impeding the development of students and damaging social image. The main factors causing these problems,are including professional image,degree of autonomy and the working condition. Therefore,society and vocational colleges and teachers should take active part in improving professional self-identity and keeping our working passions matching with social responsibilities at the same time.
