摘要
一种抽油机电液伺服加载系统可以模拟抽油机的真实运动情况,将抽油机的运动和载荷作用于抽油机的悬点上,以此来检测抽油机的质量。阐述了抽油机电液伺服加载系统原理,采用位移-力反馈的控制方法,最后利用AMESim软件对液压系统进行仿真,验证了液压系统能满足加载系统要求。
We introduce an electro-hydraulic servo loading system used for the pumping unit. It can be used to simulate the real movement of the pumping unit and repeat all kind of the real force and motion on the pumping unit.In order to detect the quality of pumping unit,we expound the principle of pumping unit electro-hydraulic servo loading system. The loading system uses the method of displacement and force feedback control. We simulate it with the software AMESim. It can meet the load requirement.
