摘要
为了研究强波动负载下抽油机电动机的能耗特性,设计了一种抽油机负载拖动系统的模拟加载与控制方案。该控制方案以磁粉制动器作为负载装置,易于达到快速响应与精确加载的目的,同时也可以研究抽油机负载拖动系统的能耗特性,为抽油机高效和节能运行提供理论依据;并可在此基础上,研制一种智能控制器,用于控制油田抽油机拖动装置,使抽油机尽可能实现高效和节能运行。另外,该控制方案具有极大的通用性,置换被测对象或减速器可完成多种测试实验。
To investigate in the power consumption characteristic of motor of pumping unit under fluctuated load, a scheme of simulated loading and control for the loading-actuating system of the pumping unit is designed. The magnetic powder brake is taken as loading device to achieve rapid response and accurate loading, and fulfill the study of the power consumption characteristic of the loading-actuating system. In addition, an intelligent controller is developed for the control of the actuating device of the pumping unit. This control scheme can also be used for the test of other characteristics of the pumping unit.
