摘要
利用萝卜黑腐病菌株在42份萝卜种质资源苗期喷雾接种筛选获得6份抗病材料,18份中抗材料;萝卜块离体接种黑腐病菌株从13份高代自交系中筛选获得2份中抗材料。利用萝卜黑斑病孢子悬浮液喷雾接种于离体叶片,从13份高代自交系中筛选获得1份抗病材料,6份中抗材料。利用已知的根肿病4号生理小种从13份高代自交系中筛选获得2份感病备选材料,4份抗病备选材料。
In this paper, we got 6 resistant materials and 18 mid-resistant materials from 42 radish black rot bacterial strains by spraying inoculation during the period of radish germplasm resource seedling stage. 2 mid-resistant materials from 13 high generation inbred lines through black rot bacterial strains was inoculated in vitro in radish lumps. We got 1 resistant material and 6 mid-resistant materials from 13 high generation inbred lines through radish black spot spore sus-pension liquid inoculated in radish leaves in vitro. And 2 susceptible alternative materials and 4 resistant alternative mate-rials from 13 high generation inbred lines through using known No.4 physiological club root radish seed.
