摘要 输电线路用室温硫化硅橡胶涂料因其优良的憎水性和憎水迁移性,可有效保护线路以防污闪事故的发生。但随着近年来环境的变化、雾霾天气的增多,目前所使用的室温硫化硅橡胶涂层因憎水性丧失而导致的闪络事故大大增加,造成极大经济损失。文章从防污闪涂料组分和结构出发,分析了涂料憎水性、憎水迁移性和附着力等性能特点,指出了现有研究的不足。结合国内外防污闪涂料的研究进展,指出可以通过改善室温硫化硅橡胶的基底材料、成分、构造类荷叶超疏水结构等方法,开发一种新型长效防污闪涂料,是提高外绝缘可靠性的有效方法和发展方向。 Room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber coatings used in transmission lines have excellent hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity migration, so they can improve the anti-pollution flashover voltage and protect the lines from the pollution flashover accidents. However, with the changes of environment and increases of haze, the room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber coatings used today cannot effectively inhibit the pollution flashover accidents due to the failure of hydrophobicity, which causes huge economic losses. This paper reviews the research progress in anti-pollution flashover coatings at home and abroad, as well as the component composition and performance characteristics, points out that a new type of long-lasting anti -pollution flashover coating is prepared by means of optimizing the substrate material, composition design and super-hydrophobic structure having lotus effect, which is the effective method and development trend of improving reliability as used in insulating applications.
