摘要 采用相分离的方法制备了超疏水硅橡胶涂层,并研究了配比、温度、时间和溶剂对涂层疏水性能的影响。采用接触角测试仪对涂层和粉末的疏水性进行了测试,用扫描电镜(SEM)进行了形貌表征。结果表明:在一定的条件下,接触角最高可达155.14°;即使涂层变成粉末,仍然具有非常好的疏水性;SEM测试表明材料是多孔的,并且表面有大量的微纳突起结构。 Superhydrophobic silastic coatings were prepared by aphase separation method,and the factors that influence hydrophobic properties such as formula,temperature,reaction time and solvents were investigated.The hydrophobic properties and morphology of silastic coatings were measured by a contact angle tester and SEM, respectively.The results show that the water contact angle can be up to the maximum value of 155.14°;Hydrophobic properties keep good although the coating was ground into powders;Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)tests show the silastic coating is porous and many micro-nano protruding structures exist on the surface.
