具有所罗门之星结构的多酸基复合物的合成及催化阿司匹林的研究

Synthesis of Polyoxometalates-Based Compound with Solomon Star Structure and its Catalysis of Aspirin Synthesis

摘要 利用水热合成法得到了一个以Wells-Dawson型多酸为模板,铜-吡啶四氮唑(Cu-pytz)配位聚合物作为次级建筑单元构成的具有"所罗门之星"结构的三维多酸基复合物,[Cu9(2-pytz)6(H2O)6(OH)6(P2W18O62)]·3H2O,并通过IR、元素分析、X-射线粉末衍射仪和X-射线单晶衍射仪等手段对复合物进行了结构表征.同时利用复合物为催化剂,采用紫外双波长法研究了不同时间和不同温度对催化合成阿司匹林反应的产率、转化率和选择性的影响,结果表明新合成的复合物对合成阿司匹林有较好的催化活性. A new polyoxometaltes-based compound,[Cu9(2-pytz)6(H2O)6(OH)6(P2W18O62)]·3H2O,was synthesized bythe hydrothermal method and characterized by IR,elemental analyses,PXRD and single-crystal X-ray structural analy-ses,in which Wells-Dawson polyoxometalate acts as template and Cu-pytz coordination complex as secondary structuralbuilding units(SBUs). Meanwhile,by double wavelength UV method,we studied the catalytic synthesis of Aspirin byemploying the new compound as the solid-acid catalysts in detail,and the results show that the new compound has supe-rior catalytic activity on synthesis of Aspirin.
