摘要
采用可见光分光光度法,用稀硫酸铁铵做显示剂来测定"复方乙酰水杨酸片"中水杨酸的含量。在酒石酸作稳定剂的乙醇-水溶液中,在472 nm处有最大吸收,并对实验条件进行了优化。实验证明,水杨酸浓度在0~165μg/mL范围时,吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为:A=0.00165×C+0.00798,R2=0.9976,回收率在99.4%以上。
A method for testing the content of salicylic acid in aspirin was discussed by spetrophotometry with thin ammonium ferric sulfate solution.The tartaric acid as the stabilizer in the ethyl alcohol-watery solution was made and the biggest absorption was at the wavelength of 472 nm.The result showed that salicylic acid had a good linear in the range of 0~165 μg/mL(R2=0.9988).The average recovery was 99.4%.
