摘要
目的:通过对白细胞介素(IL-17、IL-6)和β型转化生长因子(TGF-β1)在胃部溃疡部位和外周血的表达进行研究,对其与胃溃疡之间的相关性进行分析,探讨其表达水平与胃溃疡之间的关系。方法:选取本院消化内科就诊的37例胃溃疡患者作为实验组,同期体检中心选取37例志愿者作为对照组进行试验。结果:IL-17与IL-6在胃溃疡部位的表达明显高于在胃窦部位和对照组的表达。TGF-β1于胃溃疡部位、胃窦部位表达差异不明显,但高于对照组。结论:患者患处和外周血的IL-17、IL-6、TGF-β1的表达水平均出现水平上升的情况,其可能在胃溃疡的病理发展中起促进性作用。
Objective：To study the expression of interleukins（IL-17 and IL-6）and transforming growth factorβtype（TGF-β1）in gastric ulcer area and peripheral blood,also to analyze their correlation with occurrence of gastric ulcer.Methods：37gastric ulcer patients treated in digestive system department of our hospital were chosen as experimental group and 37 volunteers from health examination center during the same period were chosen as control group.Results：IL-17 and IL-6expression in gastric ulcer area were obviously higher than that in gastric antrum area and control group.TGF-β1expression in gastric ulcer area and gastric antrum area were not significant different,but the express level were higher than that of control group.Conclusion：Expression levels of IL-17,IL-6and TGF-β1in the affected area and peripheral blood of patients rise which may play promote pathological progress of gastric ulcer.
