丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉在小儿纤维支气管镜检术中的应用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉在小儿纤维支气管镜检术中的应用效果。方法将2012年3月至2014年3月于驻马店市中心医院接受纤维支气管镜检术治疗的90例患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规全身麻醉,观察组给予丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉,观察两组患儿手术不同时机临床体征的变化情况,统计麻醉并发症发生率。结果观察组声门关闭1例,呛咳2例,术中及术后不良反应发生率为6.6%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组苏醒时间为(10.1±3.4)min,明显快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿手术前至患儿苏醒后,血氧饱和度无明显变化,不同时间段对比差异未见统计学意义,对照组置镜后到退镜前血氧饱和度下降至(89.66±0.77)%,明显低于麻醉前(P<0.05)。结论在小儿纤维支气管镜检术中应用丙泊酚复合七氟醚麻醉,对患儿机体影响小,麻醉效果好,不良反应低,术后恢复速度快,安全性较高,值得推广。 Objective To observe the application value of propofol combined with sevoflurane anesthesia in pediat-ric fibre bronchoscopy.Methods Ninety children patients inplemented of fibre bronchoscopy in Zhumadian central hospi-tal from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly divided into control group and test group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group were implemented of general anesthesia and the test group were implemented of propofol combined with sevoflurane anesthesia.The changes of clinical signs in different time were observed and the complication rates were recor-ded.Results The cases of glottal closure(1 case), bucking(2 cases) and adverse reaction rate(6.6%) in test group were significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05).The recovery time of test group[(10.1±3.4)min] was sig-nificantly shorter than that of control group(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the oxygen saturation over different time periods between the two groups.The oxygen saturation reduced to(89.66 ±0.77)%during fibre bronchosco-py, which was significantly lower than that before anesthesia.Conclusions The application of propofol combined with sevoflurane anesthesia in pediatric fibre bronchoscopy can reduce the adverse reactions and increase the speed of postopera-tive recovery.
